I want to uninstall PostgreSQL and reinstall it again. I found out that the application was not properly installed.
I have tried all the steps to uninstall it but it still results in the same outcome.
After I click "uninstall", I get this message:
"The uninstall.dat file cannot be found and is required to uninstall the application, aborting".
There is an uninstall.dat file in PostgreSQL. I've tried changing it in Notepad and Editpad but still get the "cannot be found" message. And I've tried many times without success.
Please is there any solution to this issue?

Select a DAT file by clicking once on it, or select multiple DAT files by clicking once on each file while holding down the "Control" (Ctrl) button. Press the "Delete" (Del) key once to remove the selected files. Click once on the "OK" button to confirm you want to delete the DAT files.
To uninstall PostgreSQL, navigate to the Windows Control Panel to open the Uninstall or change a program dialog and Right-click the PostgreSQL 13 and select Uninstall/Change from the context menu. You can either remove the entire application or individual components.
Uninstall. dat is considered a type of Game Data file. It is most-commonly used in Bypass Proxy Client 0.78 developed by Bypass.cc. It uses the DAT file extension and is considered a ZIP (Game Data) file. The initial introduction of Uninstall.

Managed to remove all the junk left by the Postgresql installer
