The Android Studio emulator is not working. When I force the AVD manager to load, it shows the error.

To install the latest version of Android Studio you need Windows 7(64 bit) system.
If the emulator fails to launch due to the error vulkan-1. dll cannot be found , you probably need to update the emulator. To update the emulator in Android Studio, go to Tools > SDK Manager and install the latest stable version of Android platform.
