I want to be able to offer a product for free on the first month, and afterwards turn into a subscription.
Is there any way to add a dynamic clause to charge $0 on the first month + $3 shipping and afterwards routinely charge $19.95 and have free shipping without creating 2 products?

You will need to pick a Shopify plan to launch your store, but you can sell items while under your 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until your trial period is over.
Your account will be frozen and you won't be charged for anything when your trial expires. If you choose a pricing plan before the end of your free trial, then you need to manually pause or deactivate your store to cancel your account.
By default, you will have 14 days of the free trial. During this period you can run the business without any limitations and generating your first sales.
Is there a way to extend my Shopify free trial? Yes, you can get your Shopify free trial extended as long as you have a valid reason for it. To request your free trial extension, you need to contact the support team of Shopify and give them your reason for the extension.
Shopify can offer such kind of "deep" customizations within their Shopify PLUS plan.
