I have a form with jQuery DataTables table. Once submitted, it will get all the data and save it into the database. However, when I'm using pagination, then it will save only the data of the current page and not other pages.
I tried to do this,

If this is the only way without using Ajax, how can I translate this data into JSON format? Or is three another way to turn that data into an object?

jQuery's serialize function takes form elements and create from them a string that is ready to send to the server. The serialize function works only on form elements (<input>, <textarea>, <select>), so in the code example above - the result of table.$('input, select').serialize() was to take the <input> and <select> elements that are inside the datatable and serialize them (make from them a string that is ready to be sent to the server).
One of the problems of using that is the fact that the pagination of Datatables will not have all of the elements available in the dom, so the selector will only get some of them.
When using pagination - only the current page that is being displayed is "build" inside the DOM, which means - if you submit a form that contains the table - only the fields that are inside that page will be sent.
In order to send all the data you will have to use the API of the datatables.
To get all the data from the DataTables, even if the data was divided into pages, you can use the data() function:
table.DataTable().data()
The result of that function will be an object that you can use in order to extract all the data from all the pages in the datatable. Note that you can use the function JSON.stringify in to get json-ready string that you can use to send to the server.

However - you still have problems here if your table contains form fields, since the
data()function will not return the value, but the<input name=X value=Y>string.
In order to change that you will need a special function to get all the elements inside the table and convert them "manually":
In order to get the values of a form elements inside a paginated datatables you will need to extract the form elements using the API and get the values from them.
Here is an example of how to do so:
