Recommendation to improve wp-admin panel performance : Please provide the suggestions and way to identify the bottlenecks in wordpress admin panel issue. It is a multisite and it has 3rd party plugins enabled . How to identify plugin conflict and which plugin is causing perf/ memory issues. All these php-fpm, nginx are running in DOcker container

Why is my WooCommerce admin slow? A slow WooCommerce admin is often related to a specific plugin (or plugin setting), high CPU usage, a bloated database, or inadequate hosting infrastructure. Redis, OPcache, and Disable WooCommerce bloat can all speed up the admin.
There might be several problems why your WordPress site is loading so slow. It might be a slow server host, having too many or outdated plugins, unoptimised images, lack of caching facilities etc. The problem can be of pure tech nature or simply because your site doesn't keep up with the latest updated versions.
Here is step by step guide to identify performance issues.
If server isn't in production or if it doesn't matter very much, try to switch to any default WordPress theme (TwentySeventeen for example) and look if anything changes.
You can deactivate all plugins and look if it helps. If yes - try to turn on plugins one by one and this will help you to identify which plugin causes the performance issues.
Try to install a free plugin called Debug Bar (you can do it from Plugins-Add New), it will show you slow things on your website
Inspecting your browser console also might help.
