Reading a value from application.ini

I have a value that's defined in application.ini

conditions.time= 50

How can I read it in an zend action the zend way?

You can use Zend_Config_Ini

$config = new Zend_Config_Ini('my/ini/file.ini');
echo $config->conditions->time; // 50
