"React Native" error Installing pods failed when Creating project with react native cli

An error occurred during step 'Downloading template' while creating a project with the react native cli.

I'm definitely downloading cocoapods through 'brew', so I don't know why I get this message. (cocoapods version: 1.14.3)

error message >>

error Installing pods failed. This doesn't affect project initialization and you can safely proceed. However, you will need to install pods manually when running iOS, follow additional steps in "Run instructions for iOS" section.

I deleted and reinstalled cocoapods and created a react-native project through sudo. When I created the project through sudo, it was created, but all activities within the project required administrative permission.

And I want the result of making the project clean without using sudo..

I tried this. npx [email protected] init AwesomeProject --version 0.70

But: ✖ Downloading template error Error: Command failed: yarn add [email protected] ➤ YN0000: ┌ Resolution step ➤ YN0061: │ @babel/plugin-proposal-object-rest-spread@npm:7.20.7 is deprecated: This proposal has been merged to the ECMAScript standard and thus this plugin is no longer maintained. Please use @babel/plugin-transform-object-rest-spread instead.
