Rails - couldn't find file 'jquery_ujs' with type 'application/javascript'

Question

I have been working on integrating a wrap bootstrap template onto an app and had the index page working without bootstrap glyphicons and then changed something and I have reversed previous changes but no longer have jquery_ujs working without this error.

Here is my gemfile thus far:

Include gem 'jquery-rails' in your Gemfile.
