I'm using Ruby 2.1.1 and Rails 4.1.0.rc1. When excute rails c
, it's locked.
Using Ctrl-C
to stop, I got error logs belore:

After spring removed, rails c
resumed.
I had this issue today on Ruby 2.1.1 and Rails 4.0.3, and I managed to fix it by stopping spring
before trying again:
$ spring stop
Spring stopped.
$ bundle exec rails c
Loading development environment (Rails 4.0.3)
