In google tag manager, I have created one container(Android legacy) to push data to Google Analytics (Added as tag). When I am trying to download current version (published one) it throwing error

Above is the content of json file (which is an invalid json). I checked for the permission and it has publish permission which is the highest permission.

Navigate to the Google Tag Manager website at: https://www.google.com/analytics/tag-manager/ and log in. You can add users at the “Account” level so they can see all containers under that account, or at the “Container” level, so they can only see that specific container.
Unfortunately, there is no way to restore a deleted GTM account if it truly has been deleted. In the end, it's always best to keep documents of site or agency ownership on hand and set up your administration system and credentials so that you're not always liable to someone else should something go wrong.
In my case, I was logged in with multiple google accounts and I am very sure that is the what causing this error because I went to incognito window and opened GTM and then everything worked well.
