Npm Error - Windows NT - How to resolve

Question

I get the following error when I try npm install :

What is wrong? I cant use nodejs < 0.10.36 or > 0.11

You may want to point to a local registry or a registry behind the firewall

npm install --registry http://npm.myserver.com
