I have 2 separate databases and I am trying to access them in repositories. Unfortunately I am receiving the following exception.

I tried debugging in PersistenceAnnotationBeanPostProcessor but was lost soon.
No qualifying bean of type in Spring or Spring Boot. Reason 1: You forgot to declare the bean itself. Reason 2: You have not added package name to @ComponentScan. In this post, we will see about an exception: No qualifying bean of type.
If both name and type are specified, a unique matching bean will be found from the spring context for assembly, and an exception will be thrown if it is not found 2.

I think you should be naming your LocalContainerEntityManagerFactoryBean's in both configurations. So it should look like:
