You are using wrong package to refer OracleDriver
class
Change
oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
To
oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver
From oracle docs class definition
public class OracleDriver
extends oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
The Oracle JDBC driver class that implements the java.sql.Driver
interface.
