I couldn't find any useful link to the newly added native ads. can anyone give me the link to the documentation.
Can i use the Native ads and banner ads in one screen. Is this a violation of admob policy?

Native ads are designed to be non-disruptive, and thanks to their native feel, they provide a better user experience, ad engagement, CTR, and ad viewability. However, native ads don't always generate higher CPMs for publishers than standard banner ads.
How much do interstitial ads pay? Interstitial ads have one of the highest CPM prices compared to other ad formats like banner ads. For example, in 2021, mobile interstitial ads in the U.S. generated for publishers the highest eCPM rates–$9.64 on iOS and $10.11 on Android.
Interstitials cost 4.5X more than banner ads on an eCPM basis, yet offer a click-through rate (CTR) that is 18X higher. Compared to native display ads, interstitial offered a significantly better ROI.
It's simple: native ads grab attention. Consumers are clicking on and engaging more with native ads because they have the same look and feel as original content on websites. Not only do native ads perform well, they are also viewed more positively by consumers when compared to traditional ads.

You're welcome to use both banners and Native Express ads in the same Activity or ViewController, but it's important that only one ad be visible onscreen at a time. That's one of the publisher policies for AdMob.
