Why am I getting this error? I don't have any foreign keys

You will get this message if you are trying to add a constraint with a name that is already used somewhere else.
To check constraints, use the following SQL query:
SELECT
constraint_name,
table_name
FROM
information_schema.table_constraints
WHERE
constraint_type = 'FOREIGN KEY'
AND table_schema = DATABASE()
ORDER BY
constraint_name;
