I'm building a website in PHP which contains flash in its index page. I want to redirect users who are accessing my site via any mobile browser to page m.index.php which doesn't contain flash(simple page) for loading purposes. For others who access via desktop browser to index.php which contains flash in it.
How can I redirect each user based on their platform?

Add a rel="alternate" tag on the desktop page which points to the corresponding mobile URL. Add a rel="canonical" tag on the mobile page that points to the corresponding desktop URL. This allows Google's crawlers to understand the relationship between the two URLs – desktop and mobile.
A redirect is when a web page is visited at a certain URL, it changes to a different URL. For instance, a person visits “website.com/page-a” in their browser and they are redirected to “website.com/page-b” instead.
When the user accesses a site using a mobile device, the user redirects to another site if this parameter is turned on. If the site uses a responsive or foundation template, you must turn off the Mobile Redirection setting.
The simplest way to redirect to another URL is to use an HTML <meta> tag with the http-equiv parameter set to “refresh”. The content attribute sets the delay before the browser redirects the user to the new web page. To redirect immediately, set this parameter to “0” seconds for the content attribute.
