I've just been setting up a new 10" netbook and have just installed Eclipse for some development. Even on large screens I've found Eclipse's GUI to be very bulky and awkward to work with, and now on a small screen, the real estate left for actual coding is ludicrously small. Is it possible to apply a theme or skin to Eclipse to make it somewhat more minimal? Do you know any good themes for small screens?

Changing the Color Theme To change the color theme in your editor: Go to Window | Preferences | General | Appearance | Color Theme. The list of available Eclipse color themes is displayed.
If you want to join this club, simply type "Dark" into the Quick Access box and press enter. This brings you to the correct preference page. Select Dark, press Apply and Close (and restart your IDE to fully apply the theme).
Open your Eclipse Market Place and search for "Eclipse Color Theme",install it. than go to windows> preferences> appearances> color theme, select your favorite style, and enjoy.
If I maximize the editor (Ctrl-M) and use the Eclipse Full Screen Plugin I find Eclipse pretty usable on my 10" netbook.
