How to I migrate all stories (current sprint and historical data), comments and attachments from Jira to Azure DevOps? We just bough DevOps and would like to move all jira contents to DevOps.

If you want to migrate from Jira to Azure Boards, consider using the Marketplace extension, Jira to Azure DevOps work item migration tool. This tool provides support for the following tasks: Export Jira issues from Jira queries. Map users from Jira to users in Azure DevOps.
Azure DevOps (ADO) is not going away anytime soon and will get plenty of love. It is one of the undervalued things about Microsoft – its long-term commitment to the lifecycle of its software and providing new features and support for its customers.
Open a work item, choose the actions icon, and select the Change type... option. Or, from the backlog or query results page, multi-select several work items whose type you want to change.
Azure DevOps (Formerly VSTS) Azure DevOps is a set of development tools for software teams whereas Jira Software Cloud helps teams of all types manage work, in whatever flavor of agile works best.
Solidify Labs has a JIRA to Azure DevOps migration tool available in the Visual Studio Marketplace.
