I have an existing iPhone app and an iPad app, now I have created a Universal app, and I want to know if there is any way to kind of "merge" the existing app Ids, so I can upload my new app as an update for the previous ones.

Q: Is it possible to merge two Apple IDs? A: You can't merge Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs. For some reason, some people have created two Apple IDs before and use both of them.

Create foldersTouch and hold the Home Screen background until the apps begin to jiggle. To create a folder, drag an app onto another app. Drag other apps into the folder. You can have multiple pages of apps in the folder.
No. I asked this question while at WWDC, of several Apple employees in the developer support group, and the answer is "not at this time, please file a bug report if this is a feature you'd like to see".
