Make error - Installing RVM on Snow Leopard

Question

I'm trying to install RVM on my Snow Leopard 10.6.8, using this:

And I get this error:

I try to install it doing:

rvm reinstall 1.9.3 --with-openssl-dir=/usr/bin

And I get this

Try installing with --with-openssl-dir=/path/to/openssl with the location of your installed openssl version.
