One month ago, I can choose free trial days(3,7days...) for In App Purchase in iTunes Connect, however, I couldn't find it anymore. Do I miss something or does Apple change it silently?
Essentially you will qualify for the free six month trial if you sign up within 90 days of first pairing your qualifying audio device with an iPhone or iPad that is running the latest iOS or iPadOS.
You do not own the songs during the trial, you have the right to listen to them. You have the right to purchase them in iTunes, not in Apple Music, and you can continue to have the right to buy any music you want in iTunes.
You can see this in your iTunes Account Settings on your iPhone. I would recommend you read this article. While it explains how to manage an Apple Music Membership and other subscriptions, it also shows when it will renew, showing the date. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
After the Free Trial, your Apple Music subscription would be renewed automatically. If you want to discontinue the service, you should cancel the subscription beforehand. Once you cancel the subscription, you'll lose access to Apple Music, including the songs that were downloaded within the free period.
Please look for it under Introductory Pricing instead, as Paulw11 observes.
