I need to create a dev dashboard very similar to an existing prod one, and was wondering if there was an easy way of copying the existing dashboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can copy a dashboard to a different team, the same team, or a different project. The copy operation copies the widgets defined on one dashboard to a new dashboard, and reconfigures them based on a selected team.
Panel > Inspect > Panel Json . Copy from there and paste in another graph. If you hit the panel menu then the small menu icon in the panel menu, then Panel JSON, copy JSON, then in the other dashboard add panel.
To import a dashboard, choose the + icon in the side menu, and then choose Import. You can upload a dashboard JSON file, paste a dashboard URL or paste dashboard JSON text directly into the text area.
New versions got a "Save As..." button in the dashboard menu:

Yes you can duplicate a dashboard. Just save it with a different name. Click on the save icon change the name and it will be saved with a new name (the old one will still exist)
