Ipython: Autocompletion crashes session ('sys' is not defined)

Question

When I try to use iPython's auto-completion, the session crashes with the following error:

How can I fix these errors?

Try to install older jedi version:

pip install --upgrade 'jedi<0.18.0'

There is a issue for that bug https://github.com/ipython/ipython/issues/12740
