I have installed WebSphere Liberty profile 8.5 . I am able to access WebSphere server with http://localhost:9080
But not sure how do I start Admin Console .

In the command prompt, type net start "IBM WebSphere Application Server V7. 0 - <node agent service name> " and press Enter.
You can use the Liberty Administrative Center ("Admin Center") to administer Liberty servers, applications, and other resources from a web browser on a smartphone, tablet, or computer. You can make updates to the configuration by using the developer tools or from the command line.
From the Windows Start menu select 'Programs -> IBM WebSphere -> Application Server Community Edition -> Administrative console'.
You dont have 'classical' web administrative console in Liberty yet. For now you can install admin-center feature, that provides some basic functionality.
