I downloaded the new build 3103(from 9 February) and found, that my favourite theme Spacegray was changed. Specifically, symbols which were white color now are red - http://i.stack.imgur.com/EBWYh.png. Html and Css wasn't changed. Just JS. It is awful and ugly! Help me, please. Thanks you!

You can use the Restart plugin/package in Sublime Text 2 as well as Sublime Text 3. Install it from Package Control's package install in your sublime text. After installing Restart, simply press F5 key or use File > Restart option. Note: To open package control use Ctrl/Command + Shift + P.
For Sublime Text 3, doing rm ~/. config/sublime-text-3/Local/* and following that up with ps -aux| grep "subl" and kill <pid> does the trick.
You can take the link from the official website and change the version number in the URL.
For example, if you want the 3100 version instead of 3103 version
