I have been trying to do this for a few weeks, Trying to find out how on my own, But I have failed over and over, With little progress.

The specular glossiness model is available as an extension for glTF. The C4D plugin is based on the default properties of glTF.
This importer/exporter supports the following glTF 2.0 features: Meshes. Materials (Principled BSDF) and Shadeless (Unlit) Textures.
In 3ds Max 2023, you can now publish assets from your 3ds Max scene to glTF (Graphics Language Transmission Format) 3D content to use in web applications, online stores, browser games and other modern online outlets. glTF files are compact and fast-loading.
