Is it possible to link or mention group in the Yammer message?
For example you can mention people using @john and then select from the list the person. Does something similar exist for groups and if not what is the best way to link to the group?

Instructions. Select the Yammer logo on the Create a Portal page and sign in with Yammer. Then, select the Source—the group you want to share. Now, send the Portal URL to someone on the other team and wait for them to connect.
Use email to post a new message or forward a private message to a user in Yammer. Build the email address as follows: first_part_of_user's_Yammer_email_address + network_name @yammer.com . For example, to send a mail to Yammer to [email protected], use the email address [email protected].
Use the following mark up: [group:#groupid#] where #groupid# is the ID of the group found in the URL.
