How to get country phone code for given country name in Swift iOS?

Question

I'm working on a project I need to send the selected phone number (which user selected already from phone contacts list) to the sever with format : international-code-without-zeros-or-plus_the-number so I need to handle many cases : number without international code , number with zeros , number with plus , number with two zeros ..etc the problem is when I have a local phone number unprecedented by country phone code,I could get the current country name (country name code) if the device has a valid sim card via this code
