In Firebug I am able to remove and edit any cookies using the Cookies panel.
But in the Firefox DevTools I can't find any way to remove or edit cookies.
Where can I do that?

You can edit cookies by double-clicking inside cells in the Table Widget and editing the values they contain, and add new cookies by clicking the “Plus” (+) button and then editing the resulting new row to the value you want.
Open the Developer Tools. In Firefox, go to Tools > Web Developer > Storage Inspector or CMD + ALT + I on Mac or F12 on Windows. Now open the Application tab and check the cookies for each domain. Usually the cookies have names that resemble the name of the service they are being used by.
To delete your cookies and website data for a single domain:Tap the. Lock icon in the search bar. Tap Clear cookies and site data. Tap Delete.
Upon clicking on the cookie icon, you will see the cookies (if any) stored by the browser for the current tab. Select the cookie you wish to edit by clicking it's name in the list. Change the values you want and click on the button “Submit cookie changes” . It's that easy!
To edit cookies in the Firefox DevTools you have to ensure the Storage Inspector is enabled via the settings.
Within the Storage Inspector you'll then be able to edit existing cookies by double-clicking the values within the list:
You can also remove cookies by right-clicking them and choosing one of the options from the context menu.
Also, an option to add cookies was added in Firefox 55. To add one, either right-click the list of cookies and choose Add Item or click the + button in the panel toolbar.
