I can not see an option to disable that in the new Developers design!

App types cannot be changed. If your app needs products, permissions, or features that are unavailable to its current type you must create a new app with a different type instead. If you created your app before March 22, 2021 you may remove your app's type, which sets its type to None.
Go to App Review and make sure your app is live (Your app is currently live and available to the public). On App Review, scroll down to make sure publish_actions is not included (As of August 1, 2018, Facebook no longer allows the publish_actions permission. If it is included, resubmit the app for review.).
Open the live app for which you want to deactivate (turn off) the sandbox feature. Click the Live button, and then select Disable sandbox feature. In the confirmation dialog, click the Yes, Disable button.
App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions. This Error Comes because the app which is used to login in facebook , is in developement mode.
Its seems they have moved this option to the "Status & Review" section. When accessing this section you will see this text: Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public? And a button where you can change it to "Yes" or "No".

Our app went to the sandbox mode automatically after a while. We had to fill the 'privacy policy' url, after that we could disable sandbox mode again.
So make sure you have everything filled in correctly.

Y Solved it in Settings-->Contact Email: type it. Then go to Status & Review and put it on the Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public? option at top of the page.
Also make sure that the age restrictions +13 and country is not set.
