It seems a deployment has gotten stuck. How can I diagnose this further?
kubectl rollout status deployment/wordpress
Waiting for rollout to finish: 2 out of 3 new replicas have been updated...
It's stuck on that for ages already. It is not terminating the two older pods:

You can check if a Deployment has completed by using kubectl rollout status . If the rollout completed successfully, kubectl rollout status returns a zero exit code. and the exit status from kubectl rollout is 0 (success):
If a Pod is Running but not Ready it means that the Readiness probe is failing. When the Readiness probe is failing, the Pod isn't attached to the Service, and no traffic is forwarded to that instance.
You can use describe kubectl describe po wordpress-f59c459fd-qkfrt
but from the message the pods cannot be scheduled in any of the nodes.
Provide more capacity, like try to add a node, to allow the pods to be scheduled.
