To add-on InDesign with the additional plug-ins select Window > Browse Add-ons. These add-ons can be free or paid. All the installed/acquired plug-ins from the creative cloud app for InDesign get synced to InDesign from this workflow. It takes you to the browse add-ons webpage.
Windows: Program Files/Adobe/Adobe InDesign [version number]/Plug-Ins. Mac OS X: Applications/Adobe InDesign [version number]/Plug-Ins.

To link images to files in OpenAsset, open the OpenAsset Plugin menu in InDesign. If it is not visible, select 'Window' > 'Extensions' > 'OpenAsset'. Then select 'Cloud Linker' from the plugin menu.
