how to create a Floating popup video player in android?
In my app i want floating popup window .i don't know the concept help?
like Floating YouTube Popup Player

Step 1: Open a video through the native YouTube app. Step 2: Press the Share button at the top of the screen and then choose the Floating YouTube app from the list.
