Is there a way to convert an image to an html equivalent of the image, by having an html table divided up into many cells each having a certain background colour which would act like pixels in an image? Much like ASCII art.
I would see this as a way to have a corporate logo in an email signature without having to worry about email clients blocking images.

How to convert IMAGE files to HTML online? Click "Choose File" and select Image file on your computer. Files with extension bmp, gif, heic, ico, jfif, jpeg, jpg, png, psd, raw, svg, tiff and others are supported. File size is limited to 100 MB. Click "Convert" button to start conversion.
Under “Converter “ interface, drag and drop images to add, or you can click “+” to upload images. Prepare for JPG to HTML conversion. Once the image is added, the OCR button will be ON by default, choose the file language and output as HTML.
Just drop your image in tool and click convert to html button to write image as html file. Download button is enabled, after image is converted to HTML file. How this tool working?
Download and install PhantomPDF on Windows PC. Go to File>Create PDF>From File, import the JPG or other image file into the program. Choose “OCR” or “Quick OCR” according to your needs. Go to Convert>to HTML, choose output as HTML, also you can edit the file before conversion.
