How can I stop Mendeley's automatic synchronization？ I do not want to upload some pdf files.

If you are having an issue with the browser Mendeley, try logging out and logging back in. Alternatively, try logging in from a different web browser. If this doesn't work, restart your computer and then try the above options again.
Ensure 'Synchronize attached files' is enabled on all instances of Mendeley Desktop that you use. You can check this by selecting 'Edit settings' for All Documents and ensuring the check boxes are ticked.
Mendeley Reference Manager is automatically synced whenever you are online so you can access it on any device. Hover your cursor over the sync icon to see when the last sync occurred and select the icon to perform a manual sync.
You can prevent Mendeley from syncing all of your pdf or that in particular folders of your library. Just select "All Documents" and then click "Edit Settings"

Then you can opt out "Synchronize attached files" or select what folders do you want to sync.
