How can I add sitemap.xml to angularJS site?

I added sitemap.xml in app folder but how can I make it public so that the google webmaster tool can get it?

From Google's Build and Submit a Sitemap Documentation:

There are two different ways to make your sitemap available to Google:

Submit it to Google using the Search Console Sitemaps tool

OR

Insert the following line anywhere in your robots.txt file, specifying the path to your sitemap: Sitemap: http://example.com/sitemap_location.xml
