My logs don't indicate any errors as far as I can tell, but I'm receiving the following error when loading the site:
An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command
heroku logs --tail
Below you can find the logs. Am I missing something here?

"Application Error" or similar is always caused by your own application code. Routing errors will normally only surface themselves within the logs of your application. In most cases, you will be able to see the cause of the error there. To learn more about logging, please see our Logging article on DevCenter.
However, most application errors occur because developers either unknowingly introduce logic errors into their code or do not discover potential problems during an application's test phase. Viruses and faulty hardware are also causes of application errors.
To preserve your dyno hours from burning out or wasting, Heroku puts your app to sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity. How generous! This is what makes your app is slow to load.
You can run heroku open , which will open your app in your default web browser. Of course you can also manually navigate to your app's URL, which should be be https://<your-app-name>.herokuapp.com . You can also run heroku ps which will show your app's dynos and their status.

Try renaming procfile
to Procfile
as the message in the logs suggests.
