Why? When I press F5 with the console opened, most of the time it won't auto scroll to the last line, making me having to MANUALLY scroll down everytime. A pain in the neck.
Upon restarting Chrome, right-click the AutoScroll extension icon and select Options. The options here are all self-explanatory other than the ones in the Basic table. These options allow you to set a range of pixels that your cursor must remain within for auto-scrolling to activate.
To use auto-scrolling, click the scroll wheel by pushing in on the wheel on a blank or empty portion of the screen. Once clicked, one of the three scrolling cursor icons (shown to the right) are shown, depending on the program you're using.
Check for Issue with your Mouse Plug your mouse into a different USB port. Make sure your mouse cable isn't damaged. If you're using a wireless mouse, check or change your batteries. Make sure there's no dirt blocking your scroll wheel.
Press or tap the touchpad with two fingers. You can also press Alt, then click with one finger. Place two fingers on the touchpad and move them up and down to scroll vertically, or left and right to scroll horizontally. To go back to a page you were just on, swipe left with two fingers.

This worked for me even if I was 100% certain I wasn't zoomed in
