Is there a way to give my Genymotion android emulator a fake location, like USA for example, so I can test mobile ads and some other stuff?

Select "Emulator Control" Tab. At bottom you will see Location Controls Panel. Select "Manual" Tab. Enter Longitude and Latitude in Textboxs then Click Send Button.
Add a Simulated LocationClick the location on the map you want to simulate, and then press the lowercase L key. A dialog will appear with the message, “Simulated Location Set”. After a short time, the simulated location you set in the Editor will appear as a pink dot in the Android Emulator.
Genymotion is an Android Emulator that is faster than the Android Studio Emulator. Genymotion emulator offers a wide range of virtual devices for development, test, and demonstration purpose. It has a very simple user interface and one can directly use it from Android Studio by installing its plugin only once.
The easiest and most effective way to fake a location on a PC is by using a VPN (Virtual Private Network). Using a VPN withholds the exact location of your computer, thus preventing any unnecessary surveillance.
You can change the GPS location and can set Latitude and Longitude according to your need, check below Screen Shots:
On the right hand side corner in you Genymotion Emulator you can see the GPS option,
When you click this option you will get one dialog as below:
Here you can change Latitude and Longitude. Hope it help..

When using Genymotion free (personal) edition, you lost the position you gave when closing the genymotion.
To provide programming comfort to yourself, an app might be use that provide a fake location for android. There are a lot of apps at Google Play.
