How do we get a current wallpaper absolute path

The location for Windows 10 desktop wallpapers is "C:\Windows\Web". Open File Explorer, go to the C: drive, double-click on Windows, and then on Web. There you find several subfolders: 4K, Screen, and Wallpaper.
Windows 10's default desktop wallpapers are stored in C:\Windows\Web. This folder usually contains subfolders named after different wallpaper themes (such as “Flowers” or “Windows”) or resolutions (“4K”).
android. settings/files/wallpaper.. .it's the lowest level of the phone storage itself, similar to "computer" in windows.
You can find it in your . local/share/backgrounds folder located in your home directory.
On Android 4.2 the wallpaper is located at:
/data/system/users/0/wallpaper Replace the 0 with your user id (take a look in /data/system/users).
