It's a fresh install, first time trying to use it, and it just doesn't work. This is all i get to see, with the CPU fan spinning fast all the time:
I wanted to see that little black monitor preview big to read the letters, it's all like this:
These are some of the errors I can see in the logs:

I've uploaded here at pastebin the results of searching the word "error" in all log files generated by genymotion (456 hits in 16 files).
Everybody on the internet praises this emulator so much that i don't want to give up so fast, but I certainly don't know how to fix it. I've googled these different errors, nothing of use.
Reboot the PC (Windows) On Windows, a reboot is usually enough to fix the problem after Genymotion Desktop first run.
Android 11 will be implemented with Genymotion Desktop 3.3, and Android 12 is planned for Genymotion Desktop 3.4. - If the device you wish to emulate is not in the list, you can create your own custom template.
Press and HOLD the power button on Genymotion's UI on the bottom right. That will pop up the menu to restart. The app will freeze up as it shuts down, but upon rebooting it you will see that it has restarted.
Genymotion also runs Robotium tests visibly faster, and with a smoother UI. However, be warned there are some noticable differences between Genymotion and the default Android emulators: You cannot use the special 10.0. 2.2 IP address with Genymotion to access localhost on the machine you are running the emulator from.
I had the same issue and I tried many things for days then I noticed this answer. It was mentioned that they had a network problem and I remembered in my general-genymotion.log file I saw this line:
[Genymotion] [Error] Output command: "VBoxManage: error: DHCP server does not exist"
My problem was solved after I removed DHCP's from my network also I cleared all catches from genymotion
Also used my local ADB instead of genymotion's default:
Genymotion->Settings->ADB->Use custome Android SDK tools
After that:
Genymotion->Settings->Misc->Clear cache
