I am creating a thermometer app in android when I test on Galaxy S3 it shows that
TYPE_AMBIENT_TEMPERATURE NOT Available
TYPE_TEMPERATURE NOT Available
I want to know that Galaxy S3 has above sensors or not? or How I can solve this issue to get temperature ?

The Galaxy S3 has not a temperature guage. EDIT: just realized this was a few months old. Apologies. The only smartphone that I know of that has a thermometer for ambient temperature is the Casio G'zOne Commando. Most smartphones just have a temperature sensor for the battery/processor so that it can shut itself off if it gets too hot.
Samsung, a de facto pioneer in the field of technology launched its first temperature sensor phone Galaxy S4 in 2013. This sensor could be accessed through S-Health. The then flagship phone of Samsung Note 3 followed suit. But it's quite inexplicable that after that no Samsung phone was launched with a temperature sensor.
If users are to be believed the temperature and humidity sensors of galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S4 do not give as accurate reading with S-Health as they give when they utilize Weather Station app of A Minor. With this app, you can set your own personal weather station which does not depend upon Satellite Weather Station.

As Yohannes said in the comment you can only calculate standard atmospheric temperature which is not useful to for daily use mostly used in aviation.

It seems only way to use an external temperature sensor with bluetooth or similar stuff and require this sensor in your app promotion.
