I want to install wsl2 with GPU accelerator enabled, to do so os built version must 20145 or higher, but my windows built is 19041. how do I upgrade to 20145

You can manually update the operating system (OS) build on your Windows device to stay up to date with your organization's requirements and latest OS features. Select Start. Open the Settings app. Select Update & Security > Windows Update, and then select Check for updates.
The latest Windows update is Windows 11, version 22H2, also known as the Windows 11 2022 Update. Also, note the following: To check for updates, select Start > Settings > Windows Update , then select Check for updates. If updates are available, you can choose to install them.
