fastlane screengrab: "has not requested permission android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION"

Question

I'm trying to execute the command fastlane screengrab in a Nexus 5X API 26 emulator.

This is a problem that normally happens for not having the proper permission in the AndroidManifest.xml file, but when I add it, not only I get the same error, but also the AndroidManifest.xml seems to complain about that: Android Manifest Error

So I tried to add this line that appears in this thread: Permission is only granted to system app

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION"
        tools:ignore="ProtectedPermissions" />

but the results remain the same.

Anybody has a clue of what can cause that error?

Okay, just building a new debug apk and it works, I hope it helps someone.

Update: Now that I know more about it, this was probably because when I executed the command, it was always with the same debug apk, and it doesn't matter the changes I did on the androidManifest. Once I build the new debug apk, all the changes of the androidManifest went to the build, and of course, it worked then.
