How can I export a specific page in Wordpress?
I want to use a page from one wordpress instance in another wordpress instance, both having same theme.
How can I do this?
You can copy your WordPress site directly from the WordPress admin dashboard (no need to login to cPanel or an FTP client). Your can download an entire WordPress website in a zip file (including your database and files) in a matter of minutes (sometimes seconds).
Exporting contentLog in to blog1, go to “Tools/Export” and click “Export”. On the next page, select the option “All content” or “Posts” to export the content. Click on “Download Export File” to download the file with the content. Download it and save it to a folder on your computer.
The easiest way would be to perform an export on one site and then import the data into the other. That's of course assuming you own both sites. You can selectively export, such as pages within a certain date range to limit what you import.
Simply go to Tools » Export. page inside your WordPress admin area. Here, you can choose to download your entire site, or only your blog posts. After that, you can click on the Download Export File button and WordPress will download all your blog posts in XML format.

Go to your admin panel then go to Users > Add New. Create a new user with username Exporter and set the role to Author and save. Change the author of the post or posts that you need to export by selecting them and then clicking edit.
