I have a newly-created Apps Script project in Drive which I successfully imported into Eclipse via the Google Plugin.
I made some edits and hit Save, and I get this:
Error saving Eclipse project TestProject to Drive (file ID: 18Xhe...)

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance, Jeffery
From eclipse.org, select Projects > Eclipse Project > Platform > Core, and then look for the workspace restorer plug-in on the development resources page. Be sure to also enter a bug report in the Eclipse Bugzilla with any available log information to help prevent such disasters from happening to others!
Step 1: First open the eclipse in its default workspace. Step 2: Go to menu File -> Switch Workspace -> Other. We will get the UI as below. Step 3: Click on Browse button and configure the required location.
Importing an "existing projects into workspace" means importing an existing Eclipse project, which is not your case. What you want to do is to import files from your filesystem. Instead of "existing projects into workspace", select "File System".
I see the same error message as well. The problem started occurring a few hours ago.
I've reported this at https://code.google.com/p/google-plugin-for-eclipse/issues/detail?id=284&thanks=284&ts=1401349699
