The equivalent Edge registry setting since Edge 121 now enforces the check is to create a DWORD in:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge]
"RSAKeyUsageForLocalAnchorsEnabled"=dword:00000000
