I tried with CTRL + SHIFT + P, this works for brackets in code, but not in XML (tried different positions, before the opening tag, after, etc.).
There's CTRL + SHIFT + Arrow down/up to go to the next/previous element, this helps most cases, but I also need to jump to the matching tag.
Search – Eclipse Shortcuts CTRL SHIFT G – Search for current cursor positioned word reference in workspace. CTRL H – Java search in workspace.
Switching between Open Editors Ctrl + Page Up and Ctrl + Page Down—Navigate to previous or next file from the list of open files. Ctrl + Shift + T—Display a list of classes from the workspace. Ctrl + Shift + R—Display a list of resources from the workspace.
Select the method and press f3 (or context menu -> open declaration). If it jumped to function implementation, repeat this action and it should go to function definition.
@aleroot is correct. If you are using WTP XML editor. You can see this option in Navigate -> Go to -> Matching tag. Just a tip, for the complete list of shortcuts, you can use Control + Shift + L
