Anyone know of an opensource Barcode reader for Delphi, that reads barcodes from a webcam?

Troubleshoot USB Barcode ScannersClear the hardware hub of any debris or dust. Plug the USB scanner into a different port on the hardware hub. Refer to the Quick Start Guide included in the packaging of your USB scanner. Select the quick guide specific to your USB scanner.
Print your barcode and take it to a retail store. Ask if you can scan your barcode at the register. (Bribe the cashier with snacks.) The scanner should pick up your barcode and beep, confirming that the barcode is readable.

You need a webcam with a good resolution for reading barcodes. If you know how to call C/C++ code from delphi, you should look into the zebra barcode reader.
