In Object Explorer, right-click Tables and select New Table. In Object Explorer right-click the table you want to copy and select Design. Select the columns in the existing table and, from the Edit menu, select Copy. Switch back to the new table and select the first row.
Using Joins Instead of IN or EXISTS An alternative for IN and EXISTS is an INNER JOIN, while a LEFT OUTER JOIN with a WHERE clause checking for NULL values can be used as an alternative for NOT IN and NOT EXISTS.
To check if a table exists in SQL Server, you can use the INFORMATION_SCHEMA. TABLES table. You can use this table with an IF THEN clause do determine how your query responds whether or not a table exists.

The above will create a table called cars
